Coach Evan
Evan Sayres aka “Coach E” is the Principal and Head Coach of Pride Cheer Academy. He contributes 35 years of experience in the spirit industry and is familiar with all its aspects.
Since 2018 to present He has been head coach and The USA Team for the International Federation of Cheerleading.
He has coached several nationally ranked programs and was the founder/director of the Xavier University’s “Spirit Squad”; which included 2 cheer programs, a dance team and mascots.
Coach Evan provides Coordination, Planning, Mentoring, and Innovative Solutions. He achieves this by working closely with owners, coaches, choreographers, judges, athletes and parents. He aids in resolving today’s conflicts and promotes cooperation between the specific divisions in the industry. His detail-oriented approach exceeds industry standard regulations.

Coach Jimmy-Dan
Coach Jimmy-Dan has 2 children (Aarin ‘Big Guy’) born in 2010 and Dillon (Bam Bam) born in 2021, Married to Stephanie in November of 2019.
A football player his whole life, Coach Jimmy-Dan was introduce to cheerleading at the University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, IN. On a full scholarship for football Coach Jimmy-Dan cheered for the Cougars during basketball season. In the summer of 2009 he decided to transfer back to Cincinnati and play football at Mount St Joe University. He was introduced to Coach Evan and Pride Cheer Academy that fall and has been coaching since.
At the academy Coach Jimmy-Dan teaches all levels of tumbling and stunting. He also leads our Sunday Hardcore Cheerleading class. For Private lessons you can contact the academy and we will get you in touch with him.
